2025 Commencing Student Resources
Uniform Fittings
Our Retail Store will be closed from Friday 13 December 2024 and will reopen Monday 6 January 2025.
The Store is also open on Saturday 11 January from 9am - 1pm in addition to regular opening times.
Uniform items (new and second hand) are available from the College Retail Shop. Our experienced Retail Manager, Terre Hawkins, is happy to assisst with all your uniform and stationery needs.

Opening Hours: Monday to Thursday - 11am to 5pm | Friday - 11am to 4pm
Walk in fitting times are always welcome during opening hours - no need to book. Fittings take between 30 to 45 minutes.
All uniform items are available for purchase - a limited number of school shoes are available however joggers will need to be purchased elsewhere. The Retail Store also sells general basics, hair bows and ribbons in school colours. It is a one stop shop for boarders and students as it caters for most of their immedidate needs.
Families or Students can make purchases using cash or credit card (Amex not accepted).
Student Technology Resources
Computers
As part of our school fees, each student is provided with an HP ProBook laptop. Your daughter will receive a laptop, stylus, and a hard cover carry case. Students are required to sign an acknowledgment form, confirming they understand the terms of use for their college-issued device and agree to operate it within the specified guidelines.
There will be a couple of information sessions throughout the first weeks at the College for Parents and Studens receive their training during school time.
Parent Resources
Parent Dashboard & Firefly App
The Parent Dashboard portal gives parents an opportunity to access their personal details and those of their student/s online. Access the Parent Portal via our website under Contact the College, Parent Dashboard. Click here for information regarding how to log in and use Firefly.
There is also a FireFly app you can access your Parent Dashboard via. Download via app Store for Apple Apple app or for Android Android app
Newsletters
All new families are automatically subscribed to recieve our fortnightly newsletters. However if you wish to have other family members recieve the newsletters too, they can subscribe to St Ursula's College Newsletters here.
