St Ursula’s College Toowoomba is a registered provider for overseas students from Year 7 to Year 12 (CRICOS: 03033M). 

We are a forward thinking community dedicated to educating and empowering fearless young women to contribute to the world with a spirit of service and generosity. Our staff recognise the importance of giving our international students the skills, knowledge, and experiences that they need to ensure that they are post-school ready and capable of making ethical and moral decisions with integrity.  

International students are encouraged to maintain their cultural identity while adapting and integrating into the Australian way of life and curriculum. 

If you would like to enrol at the College and/or are applying from outside Australia and do not hold Australian Citizenship or permanent resident status, please  contact our Registrar for further details before applying.  

Enrolment procedure 

Please attach the following documentation: 

  • copy of the student school report/s (translated) for the last two (2) years 
  • copy of birth certificate 
  • copy of passport and visa (if available) 
  • written evidence of proficiency in English as a second language.

The Registrar will organise an online interview with the Principal. 

Depending on St Ursula’s College's assessment of your application, you may receive either a Letter of Offer (Written Agreement) with a request to complete an approved High School Preparation and/or General English Course (if required) before enrolling at St Ursula’s College. At this point, overseas health insurance will need to be arranged and in place prior to your application for a VISA. 

On successful completion of your ELICOS Course (if applicable), you will be enrolled at St Ursula’s College. All offers of enrolment are conditional upon successful completion of any ELICOS Course and your English Proficiency assessment result as determined by the ESL teacher at St Ursula’s College. 

To accept the College offer of enrolment you are required to: 

  • pay the enrolment fee 
  • and provide any additional documentation requested by the College.

Confirmation of enrolment (CoE); Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation Welfare (AAW) will be prepared on receipt of the enrolment fee. 

We will provide you with the following documentation which will enable you to apply for your VISA: 

  • Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) 
  • Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation Welfare (AAW) if applicable.
